Our classes are thoughtfully crafted for women of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. Whether you’re a beginner, an advanced enthusiast, or someone seeking rehabilitation or low-impact workouts, there’s a perfect fit for you at Concept Studio.

Booking is easy! Use our website or the MINDBODY app to reserve your spot.

Dress comfortably and modestly in activewear. Shorts and sports bras as tops are not allowed, so ensure you’re dressed to move freely and confidently.

Absolutely! Contact us to arrange a tour or discuss your goals with one of our team members.

You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before a group class or 6 hours before personal training sessions to avoid charges.

For your safety, arriving more than 10 minutes late means you cannot join the class. Missing the warm-up increases the risk of injuries, so please be punctual.

Yes, we have convenient parking spaces available near the studio.

Yes, we have lockers available for your use. While we care for you and your belongings, we are not liable for any lost or misplaced items.

Bring a bottle of water, a towel, sticky socks (for Pilates classes) and a positive mindset!

Feel free to capture your fitness journey but always respect the privacy of others in the studio when taking photos or videos.

Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 8 participants (and up to 5 for Reformer Pilates) to ensure a private-class feel within a group setting.

Yes, we provide everything to keep you comfortable: showers, changing rooms, and disposable towels, along with a coffee corner, snacks bar, and bottled water—all reasonably priced.
